GRIMRIFT Privacy Policy
This policy describes the data practices of the GRIMRIFT pre-release beta as currently implemented. Air Legacy Group will update this policy if the packaged beta adds accounts, analytics, purchases, advertising, crash reporting, or other data practices.
Information used by the beta
GRIMRIFT currently uses a player-selected mage display name, room code, multiplayer presence information, and real-time gameplay state needed to operate room-based multiplayer. Gameplay state can include position, health, score, selected cosmetic identifiers, spell events, and connection timing information.
The beta also stores selected game preferences locally on the player's device, such as loadout choices, cosmetics, control settings, and the locally entered display name.
How information is used
Information is used to operate multiplayer sessions, synchronize gameplay between players, remember local game preferences, diagnose beta problems, and improve the game during development.
Third-party infrastructure
The current development build uses Supabase infrastructure for real-time room networking and Vercel infrastructure for web hosting and distribution of development web resources. Those providers may process technical information necessary to provide their services under their own terms and privacy practices.
Accounts, payments, advertising, and tracking
The current GRIMRIFT beta does not include player account registration, in-app purchases, advertising, or third-party advertising tracking. If any of these are added, this policy and the applicable App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before distribution of that version.
Retention and player controls
Local preferences can be removed by deleting the app/site data or uninstalling the applicable beta build. Real-time multiplayer data is transmitted for session operation; the current beta is not designed as a persistent player-profile or gameplay-history service.
Children
GRIMRIFT is not currently directed specifically to children. The final App Store age rating and any additional child-privacy measures will be based on the content and services included in the submitted beta/release build.
